For an election or referendum advertisement promoted by a third party this will be the name and address of the third party. For a registered third party this will be the same name and address that appears in the register. For an unregistered third party that is an incorporated or unincorporated body, the promoter statement will also need to include the name of a member of the body who is the duly authorised representative of the promoter. A Post Office box or website address is insufficient. For an individual, the address can be the full street address of either the place where the person usually lives or any other place where he or she can usually be contacted between the hours of 9am and 5pm on any working day. For an incorporated or unincorporated body it can be the full street address of the body’s principal place of business or head office.
