A donation protected from disclosure is a mechanism for any person who wants to make a donation of more than $1,500 to a registered political party and does not want their identity to be disclosed to either the public or to the party receiving the donation.   Read more »

Form for party return of donation exceeding $30,000

The form is available in the Downloads box on the right hand side of this page. This form should be returned to the Electoral Commission by the party's secretary within 10 working days of receiving a donation (or aggregated donation) exceeding $30,000.  Read more »

How to make a return of party donations

The Electoral Commission provides a form for party secretaries of registered political parties to complete and return by 30 April disclosing donations received in the preceding calendar year. The return must be accompanied by an auditor's report.  Read more »
