Candidate returns - Election '08

Candidate returns of election expenses and donations for the 2008 general election were due on Tuesday 10 March 2009.

A summary of data disclosed in each return is available for download in pdf and excel format in the right hand panel. The first table is organised by electorate. The second table is organised by party. The tables include amounts disclosed for donations, anonymous donations, and overseas donations, and election expenses for newspaper advertising, radio and television advertising, internet advertising, and other forms of advertising.
 

A small number of returns require clarification before the table can be completed. The tables will be updated as clarifications are received. The date of last update is noted at the bottom of the right hand panel.

 

Copies of returns are also available for inspection at the Electoral Commission.
