Donations Protected from Disclosure Reporting

The Electoral Commission must provide quarterly reports of the total value of:

  • Donations protected from disclosure received (Schedule 1)
  • Amounts paid to Parties (Schedule 1 & 2)
  • Donations returned to donors because they exceed the permitted limit or do not meet the requirements of the Electoral Act 1993 (Schedule 1)
  • Donations paid into a Crown bank account because the donation does not meet the requirements of the Electoral Act 1993 but could not be returned to the Donor. (Schedule 1)
